Zumba, an exciting, active, enthusiastic Latin inspired dance. I'm 16 years old and started Zumba just last year, I love it! Keeps me fit, happy and gave me a chance to meet new fun and energetic people! Cyndi is a very motivating, inspiring, successful instructor and strives for perfection in her routines. She is a very devoted, young, athletic woman and has the biggest heart. Dancing and working out has been a true pleasure with Cyndi and I am always longing for the next class! As the saying goes, time flies when you're having fun, and believe me. Time flew!!!!

In the past I use to love doing my exercise in the privacy of my home. I found the gym atmosphere was too fake for me. Well I was introduced to Cyndi's class. I felt exhilarated after her classes. The music stays with you. Even when you hear it on the radio you just want to get out of your vehicle a bust a move. She takes the time to make sure that everyone in her class is comfortable and workout at their level. I took Cyndi’s Zumba class to help me stay in shape while I was pregnant. Great class, lots of fun, and Cyndi was very attentive as an instructor always making sure I was handling the workout well and not overdoing it. I would recommend her class to anyone.

I entered kickboxing class so nervous knowing I was so over weight and out of shape. Cyndi was so nice and easy to talk to at that time. I have a 2 year old and an 8 week old baby at home, I pulled my back out about 3 years ago which I explained to her.
Over the 12 week session, Cyndi pushed me in a positive manner and answered all my question. When I asked for more strength training exercise she was more than happy to help. This session I was not only able to join her Kickboxing class but I enrolled in her Zumba class as well. Thank you Cyndi for motivation and encouraging me; I feel better about myself, I am more flexible and my endurance is building.

This is my second time I have registered for Zumba with Mom with Baby program with Cyndi. I recommend it to every baby momma out there. It’s fun, a great workout and a great place to make new friends. Cyndi is a great instructor! I love the class; she’s got the best music. You have to try it!

Our rep soccer team works out all winter to prepare for the upcoming season. While our girls are focused we noticed that the repetitive nature of their workouts did not always keep the girls excited and brought down the energy in the room. We had Cyndi come in to do a Zumba class with the girls to try and liven things up. Well it certainly did that. The girls loved the class. It was challenging and fun at the same time. I don't think I have ever seen such great group participation from our team and the smiles on their faces while they were working out made for a positive session. It went so well that even the coaches joined in showing the team that they weren't to old to Zumba either. We can't wait to have Cyndi back.

I have known Cyndi for about 20 years and have personally witnessed the absolute determination and resolve to succeed. I don't say this lightly for anyone, but she is a definite Success Story we will be able to tell our future generations about. “NO” is not a word that she ever uses when she is willing to make changes in her life, both big and small, or makes a decision to do something to improve her life.
Since I was a young teenager, I have been heavily involved in recreational classes and programs through the city. To date, no instructor or class has compared to the energy, motivation and fun Cyndi and her classes provide. Not only does she provide a safe and fun class, but they're effective. At first the changes were subtle, but after my first 10 week session with Cyndi, I had seen a much needed improvement. I felt better, more energized and more motivated to commit to my health. Investing in Cyndi's classes has been the best thing to happen for my health - not only was I physically feeling better, but I felt like I had a mental and emotional breakthrough. The atmosphere and environment that Cyndi's programs provide are amazing! and the best stress reliever I could have asked for.
